Damage Due to Freight or Shipping. We inspect each order to ensure accuracy and quality. Please check your order carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Please contact us at customerservice@tryfloral.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description, including pictures, of the damages to the product.
